Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
Excellent typing, word processing, and data entry/ten-key skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically in the use of Word and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Adobe.
Must be willing and able to learn other lending-related programs and software.
Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
Must be detail oriented, organized and remain calm under pressure. Must work well under stress and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Must be able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to take direction, work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.
Must be able to pass a background and credit check. Must demonstrate responsible use of personal credit.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (business, finance, accounting) with a financial/business-related background (preferred).
Additional training as needed in the area of financial statement analysis, credit analysis, loan structuring, loan pricing, and related areas.
Two years of banking or other relevant business experience, preferred.
