Estate Planning Attorney

Oak Brook, Illinois (Hybrid - Minimum 2 Days In Office)

Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to help build and lead a growing estate planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to make a meaningful impact, mentor others, and help shape the future of a growing legal team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex estate planning matters from start to finish
  • Oversee probate matters and trust litigation when applicable
  • Mentor attorneys and legal support staff
  • Ensure exceptional client service and legal quality
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes and support long-term growth
  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, responsiveness, and client communication

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois Bar license (required)
  • 5+ years of estate planning experience
  • Probate litigation experience is a plus
  • Successfully managed 300+ estate planning matters from inception through completion
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills
  • Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom experience
  • Ability to manage sensitive family matters with professionalism and sound judgment
