Description:
ENG- Design warehouse automation layouts while developing efficient material handling and warehousing processes. Analyze production and material movement performance, establish automated equipment requirements, and support implementation of warehouse automation solutions. Coordinate process improvements that balance operational efficiency, automation utilization, and operator effectiveness.

#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Business
*5+ years of experience using SAP Warehouse Management Software
*8 years of experience with automated end-of-line and logistical solutions
*8 years of experience in warehouse operations
*8 years of experience managing large-scale automation projects
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
#Preferred Skills
*Experience working with automation vendors including Dematic, Honeywell Intelligrated, KNAPP, and SSI Schaefer
#Job Duties & Functions
*Design and plan layouts for warehouse automation and general warehousing best practices
*Develop sequences of operations for receiving, decanting, packing, and material preparation activities
*Evaluate production processes by conducting tests and measurements to assess material movement efficiency and automation utilization
*Establish processing requirements for the design and acquisition of automated warehouse processing equipment
*Balance operational requirements, economic considerations, and operator effectiveness when developing automated warehouse solutions
